Lishi is for you male or female wanting to improve your quality of health and life.  Adults Class Mondays 8-9.30pm, Rossetts Sports Centre.

Everyone Welcome, Friendly Group.

Kids can learn to concentrate more, develop a culture of respect, have fun, learn new skills, get fit and can do gradings.  Kids Wushu Warriors - Mondays 7-8pm, Rossetts Sports Centre.
